About Sasquatch Tax Co. — Our Tax-Resolution Team
Sasquatch Tax Co. is a full-bench tax-resolution firm — Enrolled Agents, CPAs and tax attorneys working in-house, licensed in all 50 states — built for the owner-operators, subcontractors and self-employed 1099 tradesmen who owe the IRS roughly $25,000 to $200,000.
Our story & mission
Most of the people who find us didn’t plan to fall behind. They ran a crew, chased invoices, kept the trucks moving — and the quarterly estimates slipped while the work piled up. We built Sasquatch Tax Co. for exactly that taxpayer: the working owner-operator who needs a straight answer and a real plan, not a call center.
Our mission is plain — put the right credentialed professional on every part of your case. Some problems call for an Enrolled Agent, some for a CPA, and some for a tax attorney. Because all three sit in-house and we’re licensed to represent taxpayers in all 50 states, you don’t get handed off to a stranger when your case gets complicated.
We focus on IRS back-tax resolution for self-employed tradesmen: Offer in Compromise, installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, levy and lien defense, penalty abatement and audit representation. Every case is different, and outcomes vary by taxpayer and case facts — so we’ll tell you what we actually see in your numbers before you commit to anything.
Our team
Our bench of Enrolled Agents, CPAs and tax attorneys works in-house and is licensed to represent taxpayers in all 50 states. We publish each professional’s name and license number on this page as it is verified through the IRS Return Preparer Office (RPO) directory and the relevant state licensing or bar board — no individual is listed until those credentials are confirmed.
Credentials & compliance
The credentialed members of our team — Enrolled Agents, CPAs and licensed attorneys — are authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and practice under U.S. Treasury Department Circular 230. We hold our marketing and our client work to those rules, which means no guarantees of any specific result: tax-resolution outcomes vary by taxpayer and case facts, and eligibility for any program is decided by the IRS, not by us.
For the standards that govern how we may describe our services and represent you, see our Circular 230 disclosure. You can also read more about our flagship service on the Offer in Compromise page, or review our privacy policy and terms.
