Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-29
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.sasquatchtax.co (the "Site") operated by Sasquatch Tax Co. ("Sasquatch Tax Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), including any free guides, ebooks, or other materials we make available. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, requesting or downloading our free guide, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. General educational information — not professional advice
All content on the Site, including any articles, FAQs, downloadable guides, and our free ebook, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional who has reviewed your specific facts and circumstances.
Tax laws, IRS procedures, and eligibility rules change over time and vary by taxpayer. Nothing on the Site is intended to be relied upon as a recommendation for any particular course of action. You should consult a licensed tax professional, attorney, or other advisor before making any decision based on information found on the Site. Your use of, or reliance on, any information on the Site is at your own risk.
3. No attorney-client or representation relationship
Using the Site, downloading our free guide, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship, an accountant-client relationship, an enrolled-agent engagement, or any other professional or representation relationship between you and Sasquatch Tax Co. or any of its professionals.
A professional relationship is formed only after we have completed our intake and conflict-check process and both you and Sasquatch Tax Co. have signed a written engagement agreement describing the scope of services and fees. Until then, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information, and do not assume that any deadline is being monitored or that any action is being taken on your behalf. Communications sent through the Site may not be secure or treated as privileged.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promise, warranty, or guarantee about any specific result. Outcomes in tax-resolution matters — including an Offer in Compromise, penalty abatement, installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, or levy and lien relief — vary by taxpayer and case facts and depend on factors outside our control, including IRS determinations and the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Any description of past matters or general processes on the Site is illustrative only and is not a prediction or assurance of how your matter will be resolved.
5. Free guide and other materials
From time to time we offer free materials, such as our "7 Secrets of the OIC" field guide, in exchange for your contact information. We may use that information to deliver the materials and to communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Free materials are provided "as is" for educational purposes, are subject to the disclaimers in these Terms, and may be updated, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "Sasquatch.Tax" wordmark, guides, ebooks, images, and the selection and arrangement of all of the foregoing — are owned by Sasquatch Tax Co. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and to download our free materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third-party links and resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources, including government resources such as IRS.gov. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Accessing a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SASQUATCH TAX CO. AND ITS OWNERS, PROFESSIONALS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sasquatch Tax Co. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in that state, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
